Sharon, It's been my experience about the only way to heal a sore on one's tush is to stay completely off of it until it's entirely healed. It sucks though. The first time I ever got pressure sores I got 5 at once - 1 on both ischials, 1 on my coccyx and 1 on both heels. I spent 3 months
