Test resistance only on disconnected wiring, measure resistant to ground

We have reported to Outback that the Mate3 OpticsRE will stop reporting if
the internet goes down for a while. In the Caribbean, we have some outages
and the M3 does not handle them well. I think there is an option to reboot

The SnapNRack universal end clamp isn't going to let go at any angle. It
grip the rear module face against the real with tremendous force.
If it is a standard GE meter, you can download the manual and read the
features. Then you will know what it is capable of. Ìf it cannot do this,
call the rep. and ask how they were able to do it as the meter does not
have the capability.
