Hi Ken,
I'll go along with that except !
There is no accessory plug on the MVS that I have.
I could use the mic plug for PTT and audio in and
volume control pot for the audio out and that leaves the COR.
Have any ideas for a COR point ?

UHF handie talkie - the audio is that good. Tell me if you want a demo.
I'll fire it up and talk to you anywhere you want.

Has anyone interfaced a PA other than a MSF5000 PA to a MSF5000 CXB?
What is required? Will a MSR2000 VHF PA work? What are the
connections needed? Where can teh connections be tapped?
Thanks,

Nope - Moto makes FM mobiles and handhelds.
Have an HT1250-LS+ (H25MDF4) I'm tryinig to move up into the ham
bands. Is a narrow band FM unit but CPS says the upper band limit is
216 and nobody knows how to move it up - or isn't saying how. . .

authorized to the station.
Nothing about timeout though.
Perhaps a friendly E-Mail to Riley asking if he'd bust you for it?
In any event, a 3 minute time out timer is simply good practice and
might save an expen$ive final.
