OK - if someone can provide him with the interface sheets or the R100 manual
he should be able to connect it just fine, then. I only wish I could..
Thanks for the info Eric!

It's called "passive intermodulation"...
Read this excellent writeup by Narda C
Never mind... I went to the page itself, and I See that many of the sheets
referred to in the bookmarks are no longer available at NARDA...

Robert,
What I have done in the past is send in my old elements with a letter
detailing what it was I needed to have done. (i.e. re-crystal and fully
compensate)
When they came back they were exactly what I needed... If I remember
correctly, cost was about $55 for each element.

I believe they sell direct. if not, you can buy it from Tessco - once they
establish an account for you.
Try also AES in Milwaukee - they may carry it, too, but I haven't verified
this.

I haven't personally played around with any of the D-Star systems/radios...
yet. Who knows, maybe 10 years from now we'll be calling D-Star "old
technology" too.
Yep - old habits die hard. Hehehehe

Gran - go direct to Com Spec. Their price is currently listed as $69.95 -
and nothing on their (Com Spec's) page says anything about it being
discontinued.
