Just my two cents,
On sendmail when you rewrite you need to setup MASQUERADE and GENERICSTABLE
options, some mailservers block when the field from mismatch (Gmail doesn't
but Office365 will).
BTW I prefer postfix for this work, you should be good only with
smtp_generic_maps.
Top Panel - Tickets - New Search.
Fill what you need then click on Add These terms and search, the new page
will have a link named Chart(left-top), on chart page at right-bottom you
should see options to save that chart you created.
That saved chart will show when you edit Dashboard with
I solved this with procmail, so junk mail never goes to my RT.

.*faceboo.*)

My two cents,
Configure your postfix/sendmail to masquerade entire envelope and sender,
Exchange sometimes (at least on Office365) doesn't allow sender differ from
authenticated user or someone doesn't exists in his database.
If im correct on postfix search for generic tables and sendmail
Got same problem, but mine was Feed/Star button overlapping.
After changing language from PT_BR to US_EN the Feed/Star button come back to
right place.

Hello RT friends,
I got this problem and cant resolve, i cant even locate when started.
My CLI started to output errors about ParseDate, but just some tickets, see
below:
Tickets 770,1070 and 3070 are OK, displaying relative date (7mth, 3mth)
Ticket 2070 with error, displaying parsedate
tickets have full month name and some not.
