For calcium, we use canned salmon, loaded with calcium...
I don't use milk, I am on a paleo diet, so I do not cook with milk.

IMHO, calcium in milk is not an absorbably form. It is called a coarse
calcium which very little is absorbed by the body. Whereas say calcium
from carrots, green
