Dear Marshall,

Thank you so very much for your reply.
You¹ve given me a great list to explore.
CBD oil comes in so many shapes, strains, forms and dosages. Could you let
me know what your wife specifically uses? Brand and strength.
I¹ve never heard of Theraworx, but another prescriber to this list
referenced it.
Thank you for taking the time to email me.
I appreciate

1 teaspoon of borax=5000mg=550mg of boron at 11% concentration of boron in
borax, and therefore, 550 mg of boron in 1000ml (1 quart), with a serving size
of 1 teaspoon at 200 teaspoons per quart - 2.75 mg of boron in a glass of water
per teaspoon from the concentrate. Not that much, triple it to 3 teaspoon per
glass of water, and you'll get 7.25 mg per day of boron, GOOD ENOUGH

Hi Helena,

One more thing is either a small amount of sugar, or apple cider vinegar will
stop muscle spasms. Saw a show on TV about weight lifters who could lift
anything and after half a teaspoon of sugar on the tongue, they were helpless.
I wondered about stopping asthma and later had a chance when I was carrying two
buckets of feed and goat kids climbing all over me, on a very cold night (no
coat), and suddenly could not breathe, for the first time ever; crawled back to
the house, tried to think and grabbed a coke with sugar in it. The caffeine
and sugar worked nearly immediately.

Hi Helen,Leg cramps can be do to a number of things.  I have found that an
upset balance of calcium and magnesium OR sodium and potassium can be the
cause.

I use ReMag because it doesn't cause diarrhea which can make the magnesium
deficiency worse.  I also use magnesium chelate.
Someone on another list wrote in about Good State Ionic Magnesium which is

Dear Folks,
Can anyone help?  I use colloidal silver but my issue right now is leg cramps
that wake me up several times a night.  I take magnesium but maybe  not the
right type, brand? Any advice?I do leg stretches, but I’m in a bad place with
this right now.  I have an underlying condition of bronchiectasis and sleep is
so important for me.Any answers, advice, opinions,  gratefully received.Thank

The easiest way to get a direct therapeutic dosage of magnesium into the legs
is magnesium oil which is absorbed transdermally. The most economic way is to
make the oil using mag chloride crystals 50/50 just add hot water and dissolve.
I use this one.
