Three years ago our ISP changed from Verizon to FairPoint. My Mail
history seemed to have disappeared when I upgraded to SM 2.5 (now on
2.6.1). In looking in my profile, I saw two Mail folders (now three, but
more on that later), one for Verizon and one for FairPoint.

While updating plugins, and looking over the list, I see this MetaStream
3 Plugin, disabled. Don't remember putting it in, nor disabling it. A
Web search has some ideas, but I find them somewhat inconsistent and

Using Windows XP SP3 and the Chrome folder is right there in my profile
(default location). Inside are the userChrome files. Not sure why you
don't have it. Did you use the standard download?

been through every iteration of SM. Never had to create this, it just
followed along. What am I missing?
