I think that the calls being discussed here are the calls purporting to come
from Microsoft, not Talks.
These so-called Microsoft Technical Department calls have been happening for
a number of years now.
If, indeed, you are now getting calls purporting to be from Talks then that
is a new scam.
I think this may have stopped working at the same time as the Windows
Enhanced app was released here.
