as I no longer do medical transcription. I own a 15 inch Lenovo laptop
which I purchased last spring when my Win7 pc almost died.
When I called Window-eyes Tech support to find out what to avoid with
laptops,
I have my typing mode set to standard keyboard. When I touch a letter,
if I want that letter I lift, if not I slide to the letter I want. I
use the backspace a lot and also dictation helps. There is a dictation
button on the lower left near the spacebar.

Not sure why VFO does it this way. It is a real pain.

Just to be safe if you have the license number and authorization code, I
would download and install Jaws but just don't use it. VFO phone support
can say otherwise, but the info might not be correct. If it is on your
computer and registered you will be in the system.
