Did you miss a message
Tonight at 10:00 PM EDT, the Beyond Radio Network brings you a few things, and
a bit less stuff than usual.
As my Phonic mixing console is currently in a box on it's way to Florida
for repair, I have rigged a quite strange setup for doing the show with most of
it's
usual amenities, though

I think we said that last year, too, only this year has managed to be
even more boring.

TBRn, it's been a great run. Things don't last forever, ya know.

OK, so it's taken a rather long time, but the bat finally pissed me off.
Due to my refusal to use outlook (anything, express or otherwise), I am
now using Thunderbird. It doesn't work so well with my older version of
jaws, though this can probably be fixed with some window re-classing. I

More on this crap:
I don't give a proverbial damn that the font used is x-western, but Jaws
insists on throwing this information at me after every blank line while
reading a message in Thunderbird. No matter what I do, it won't die.

I am really getting annoyed at this particular

Let me know if you ever manage to get anywhere with the columns. You can
change their position all day long in the view settings, but Thunderbird
always passes the same damned info to the screen reader regardless.

There will be no Things and Stuff this week. Unfortunately, the
motherboard for the new studio computer did not show up as soon as we
hoped it would, and, to be quite honest, I'm not feeling up to doing
another show with the old Dell, and trying to get any production work
done on that thing is
The dumb thing about the Dell is, it's ncredibly slow and fake-hangs a
lot, but it's stable.
When all this is over, it will probably make a good linux box for
running the phone system.

Yep. I am using m.facebook through Firefox3, and updating my status
through Twitter via twittd on aim, and the Twitter facebook app, or
through SMS.
I don't mind the new facebook layout as much as some, although the lack
of headers is really annoying.

With the push of stuff like Twitter, Facebook, and that other
winky-blinky thing that rhymes with Tango, this list hasn't had much to
do over the past year.
If traffic on this list doesn't start becoming a lot more interesting,
I'm going to have to take drastic measures.
Yep, that's right,
Well, see, there's this problem about coffee makers around here, they
only seem to last a couple months at a time before mysteriously deciding
not to work anymore. So if you're going to be all like that, you might
want to bring a spare or two.
