Exchange uses "Outbox", "Sent Items", "Deleted Items", and "Drafts".
There is no folder named "Trash", but TB seemed insistent on creating
it. I couldn't get it to use "Deleted Items" as the Trash folder, I
believe whe
the status of a folder. Or even building a view of what is
selectable and what isn't on first login.

B creating a whole bunch of folders on my Exchange
server today. Deleted Items.1, Sent Items.1, Trash.1, Trash, etc etc.
Ended up having to close TB, and resort to Outlook to fix things.

There isn't a default "file". It's hard coded into an internal
resource. If TB detects a glyphs.bmp on startup, and imports the
bitmap into the resource, and uses them instead. The defaults are
safe, all you have to do to "restore" them is remove the glyphs.bmp.

I should have said headers of any attached mails. Having the headers
of the bounce message is pretty u
s (assuming you filter list mail into their own
folders). You might then be able to search via ISP, or domain name in
the headers.
