neues Update

(MacBook Pro 14'', 2021 mit M1 Pro, Sonoma 14.2.1) Gruß Günter - To unsubscribe, e-mail: users-de-unsubscr...@openoffice.apache.org For additional commands, e-mail: users-de-h...@openoffice.apache.org
Update Problem Open Office 4.1.15
Re: your update
Your "update " to this mailing list is weird. But, apart from that, I've tried reasonings. It seem that you use OS Windows 10 and so you may trying the procedure as follow: - open the "Settings" board clicking the Gear icon in the Start menu; - click "System" settings; - clìck "About" from listed options; - click "Advanced system settings"; On 'System Properties' board click "System Protection" tab and at last click 'System Restore". It causes restoration of all previous updates to the restoration point in time you'll choice. If you do this, you must be very patient because of long time of restoration (more than an hour). By the way: next time you'll write mail ìnto this mailing list, be more precise for details. Dear, Hope you can help me out with the following issue I do encounter. I upgraded OpenOffice to version 4.1.14 yesterday. I encounter the following problem with an existing file created in previous versions of OpenOfficeCal - consists at the moment of 65 pages - The option to create new pages is not available any more, neither replacing the existing ones. Opening of pages is no problem. I did increase the memory capacity via option > memory, hoping this might help. Any idea how I can manage an extensive number of pages in same file? Extra overview line at bottom of screen possible ? Thanks for your input, J. Pauwels.

Moin Helmut, folgende Einstellung soll helfen: Extras - Einstellungen - OpenOffice - Sicherheit dann unter Makrosicherheit - Sicherheitsstufe Mittel auswählen. OpenOffice neu starten. Dann sollen die Makros laufen.. Update Installation problem
Hi I have been using your excellent product for many years. At present, I am trying to install the latest update, but the installation wizard gets to a point were a pop-up window states: "Error 1500. Another installation is in progress. You must complete that installation before continuing this one". I cannot find where another installation is taking place and have deleted all previous update installation programmes. Any idea what is wrong or how to fix it? Regards Peter Wilde

- in Calc). To unsubscribe, e-mail: users-de-unsubscr...@openoffice.apache.org For additional commands, e-mail: users-de-h...@openoffice.apache.org

Re: Checking for an update failed
As I posted once before, I saw a post that said the “update” action on OpenOffice is broken. I have resorted to just navigating to the download page periodically and checking to see if a new version exists on the download page , downloading and installing if their is a new version. The new version installs seamlessly if you install it to the same or the default location on your computer. Settings are kept. http://www.openoffice.org/download/index.html On December 25, 2020 at 7:20:24 AM, Yvette Delachat (yvettedelac...@orange.fr) wrote: Why this message : « Checking for an update failed. » when I try to update Openoffice ? Re: can't update
IF you don’t seem to be able to update then just go to the download site and download: https://www.openoffice.org/download/ I read somewhere that the “update” feature is broken but I’m not sure of that but just downloading from the download site has worked for me.
