an interesting challenge. I believe BASE does ADO
and ODBC so I imagine there would be a way if BASE can link to two
different databases simultaneously.
If the user needs to create a new access db and BASE cannot do that,
there are some utilities out there that will do it.

I chose to recover of not, OO0 dies and disappears.
On the same machine using the gnome or xfce desktop, OOo works OK.

We finished upgrading both Vista machines to Windows XP Pro.
