SIRI voice is synthetic and much better.
Of course if Apple ever offered Eloquence on the iPhone I'd be a happy man.

They are not voices
The jaws synth is eloquence by default,
Talkback uses I think googles synth voice,
And it depends on where in the world you are now days as to which voice synth
voiceover uses on apples different devices.

Touch on the page to get near where you want to be and then turn the rotor

what drives me nuts with Kindle is that your screen is always unlocked, so you
