I have several apps for hourly announcements, and several clock chiming apps.
One memorable weekend I had them all going and my phone sounded like a clock

I do agree that Voice Dream has a far more advanced set of features. There is
very little that app won't do in regards to reading any kind of document.
However, I still use Read2Go more often, for one reason. I really don't like
the Acapella or NeoSpeech voices. I vastly prefer to read text
