I could be wrong but I think the backup that Winston is referring to is not a full backup of your iDevice but to back up the actual voice Dream Reader Library File via the file sharing portion of iTunes. That way you have the file with your library rather than a iTunes backup of your entire

It is true he hasn't done an update since last June, but I am not aware of any problems that went unaddressed either. Given that a lot of apps don't get updated for a couple years, that isn't so bad. This is a pretty major reworking so I'm glad he is taking his time and making sure it is
