Watch you need to double tap each digit. At least for me, and unless this has
changed, touch typing doesn't work with the passcode on the Apple Watch.

I have recently purchased an Ultra and have been unable to achieve this. I
have an older Apple watch and was using an app called Streamlets to play

thank goodness. I find that it helps to do the double tap gesture slightly more
slowly than normal, i.e. leaving a slightly longer gap between the first and
second tap, but not long enough for it to be interpreted

complications across the bottom, one large complication in the middle, two
small complications in the top corners and then the time at the top
I use the Liquid Metal face, precisely because it has the four complications I want: temperature, time of sunrise and sunset, time, and date.

you still determine how many complications you want or need by what you choose.
If you leave one blank then it's just blank.
