That has worked for some people. You would find this in settings/fleksy.

After listening to many on the list about Fleksy, I took the plunge. For my
first attempt, I was quite pleased and proud of myself that I could input
words accurately about 50% of the time. When I was finished, I triple tapped
and that is when Fleksy went berserk. VoiceOver is talking,
I forgot to mention that when I try to open an app VO wants to move the app
and not open it. I just remembered this as I tried to see what was happening
before pressing the home/power buttons together. I hope this helps in
attempting to problem solve. I will wait for responses before using the app
