Hi Ed, The web site claims the cuff size is 8.7 to 14.6 inches. You could always give them a call and see if they have anything else. The meter runs on 4 tripple A batteries. The unit doesn’t read your blood pressure out loud. You have to read it on your iDevice with VoiceOver. Good luck.

If it is that, there is a tiny hole on the right side. Use a paper clip and push in on it. A drawer will pop out slightly. Just make sure your sim card is fitted in properly. It would not have turned around but it could have been jostled. It is small, less-than a postage stamp in size.
