I have several police scanner apps. There is one scanner feed for my area that
has an audio problem which is duplicated in all of the scanner apps.
How can I find out who is the actual feed provider so I can alert them to the
audio problem with this one particular feed?

Sounds like there is some real promise there. With them working with
Sendero, there is a real possibility that this solution regardless of how
good it is will not be something mortal man can afford. We shall have to
wait and see.

You are trying to access a secure wifi network. You will need a password
from the network owner.
It is recommended and quite common for wifi networks to be secured, as
opposed to open-access.
