I am not seeing that problem. I just tested saving a file to Dropbox, and it
saved just fine. I even went further and open a file, added more text to it,
then resaved it to Dropbox, and it saved the changes like it should.
Have you tried to turn off the Dropbox setting, exit out of MBraille
I do not use the third party keyboard, but use the app on a daily basis.
MBraille has not crashed at all since I have upgraded to iOS 10.

Glad you are having some success adding things to your calendar.
I went from an iPhone 5 to an iPhone 6, and it was also a little different for
me when typing in MBraille. I do not think it was sensitivity for me, instead,
I think it was the bigger screen. On the bigger screen

I just tried using the dot cal feature in MBraille and it worked for me just
fine.
I used the examples in the help section as a guide.
First, it works better when you use grade 1 braille to enter the dot cal
command.
I did notice that after typing the start date, I had to do a letter sign dots
