Are you using Wi-Fi if so try turning that off and then back on again maybe
it's the Internet connection you could also try turning Siri off and then back
on again and you might be able to do the same thing with with dictation in
settings

I second that Daniel. If Apple fixed every trivial bug that someone had because
it's distracting to them, do you think that the more serious bugs like
Bluetooth not working or the number of messages in a thread not being spoken in
Mail would ever be fixed? Probably not until a later version. I

This bug has been commented on I think from time to time. It seems to show up
on a random basis, at least for me, sometimes on Facebook, sometimes when
sending an email based off of a Safari link, and very occasionally in the email
app itself. Voiceover talks when I am talking, and I see that

I think its a good idea, too, except that VO shouldn't be caught. Meaning, that
bit shouldn't be inserted.
