I have to agree with Terrin on this one...except for getting the shift knob
off...(hope that was a joke..lol).... Some of the misconceptions of the
short throw shifter grinding is from missed shifts while still learning the
action. SMC even warns you of this when you phurchase their product.
Simply cutting it shorter will not make it a short throw..
