Yes, I have the large one from Harbor Freight. It is my understanding that using 6T of lecithin and 2T of ascorbic acid it encapsulates roughly 50%. After processing in the cleaner I added some bicarb to neutralize some of the remaining vit C. It was great for awhile, which is often what happens but then it created almost a gastritis. I will be on cabbage juice for awhile, I think.

Did you use an ultrasonic cleaner to make the LET PT? dee

Hi,
I read this with interest because I have not been able to take vit C without stomach discomfort for many year. The only thing that seemed to work was the homemade LET C which helped me feel better without the stomach problem for about a month. After about a month I found I was again having stomach pains (I figure from the remaining unencapsulated C that) so I switched to the Livon Labs formula. With this formula I have *no* stomach pain... just more flatulence than I would prefer.

If anyone has an idea on how to make a high potency liposomal encapsulated cream I would love to hear it because I certainly feel better with between 10-15 g of vit C in my bloodstream!

Thanks.
