Thanks, Dee. There is too much sodium in the sodium ascorbate. That is why
I used the bicarb as I could adjust it for my body tolerances.

50%. After processing in the cleaner I added some bicarb to neutralize
some of the remaining vit C. It was great for awhile, which is often what
happens but then it created almost a gastritis. I will be on cabbage
juice for awhile, I think.
