MONTENEGRIN GOVERNMENT ADOPTED SET OF NEW TAX LAWS LAWS IN ACCORDANCE WITH EU PRINCIPLES
PODGORICA - The Montenegrin Government adopted suggestions of six tax laws by the end of last week. New fiscal policy includes tax laws on additional value, on income, on profit, law on tax administration, on real estates and excises goods. Vice President of Finance Government Zarko Rakcevic assessed that six tax laws would create atmosphere where Montenegro will be in accordance with the European union (EU) principles concerning lowest rates in Europe and spreading of tax basis, which will ensure improvement of budget and social justice for all. New tax laws set will be soon on the agenda in the Montenegrin Assembly to be adopted. AFTER CONFIRMATION THAT THE MONTENEGRIN COAST IS REACH WITH GASES AND OIL THE ENGLISH PARTNERS DEMAND CONTRACT REVISION WITH "JUGOPETROAL" PODGORICA- Since researches confirmed that the Montenegrin coast is reach with gases and oil, the English company "Ramco energy" demanded revision of the contract with "Jugopetrol" from Kotor, that predicted participation of foreign partner 51: 49. "Jugopetrol" and the Montenegrin Government experts, with help of the World Bank and USAID experts are reconsidering additional demands of the foreign company. The foreign partners will get an answer by a half of next year. "Jugopetrol" experts believe that a solution to satisfy both sides of the contract will be found. As domestic experts assessed, the best way of gas exploitation would be building of power station in Bar- 450 mw, which would use natural gas and produce electricity. MONTENEGRIN MINISTRY OF TOURISM IS FORMING TOURIST INSPECTIONS PODGORICA- The Montenegrin Government recently adopted Regulation on forming tourist inspection, that would be founded by the Ministry of Tourism. Forming of tourist inspection will create conditions for better tourist protection in Montenegro. The inspection will engage around twenty experts and group of volunteers from NGO's, that will present "tourist patrol" and help to inspectors in their work DELEGATION OF BUDVA I VIENNA COOPERATION IN TOURISM AND CULTURE PODGORICA- Delegation of Budva is in official visit to Vienna to reconsider, after protocol meetings, details of future cooperation between Budva and Vienna. Tourism and culture will be priorities of the future cooperation and a special care will be dedicated to contacts on the level of studies groups. Signing of the protocol has been announced, in order to make public initiative on better cooperation. INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATION FOR AID AND DEVELOPMENT IRD AID TO MONTENEGRO OF DEM 30 MILLION PODGORICA -The International organization for aid and development (IRD) will invest DEM 30 million in projects of infrastructure, education, health, tourism and agriculture development of Montenegro. Municipality of Kotor offered already to international donors 50 projects and programs of Kotor's building preservation, where infrastructure projects of water and electricity supply are priorities. ELECTRO ENERGETIC SITUATION IN MONTENEGRO ALARMING LAW TEMPERATURES CAUSE RECORD ELECTRICITY USE PODGORICA- Electro energetic situation in Montenegro after short stabilization in the last period is again alarming- experts from the Montenegrin Electro industry announced. Bad hydrology occasion diminished flows of the largest Montenegrin power station HE "Perucia" and because of sudden low temperatures in the Republic there has been increased electricity use, which reached a record of 14,5 million kW, theses days. The experts from electrical industry of Montenegro sent an appeal to suppliers to diminish their electricity use. Otherwise severe restrictions on electricity supply can be applied. in Montenegrin CRNOGORSKA VLADA USVOJILA SET NOVIH PORESKIH ZAKONA ZAKONI USKLADJENI SA PRINCIPIMA EU Podgorica - Vlada Crne Gore krajem prosle sedmice usvojila je predloge sest poreskih zakona. Novom fiskalnom politikom obuhvaceni su zakoni o porezu na dodatnu vrijednost, na dohodak, na dobit, zakon o poreskoj administraciji, o nepokretnosti i akcisznim robama. Potpredsjednik Vlade za finansije Zarko Rakcevic ocijenio je da ce set poreskih zakona stvoriti ambijent da se Crna Gora sa najnizim stopama u Evropi i sirenjem poreske osnovice, uskladi sa principima Evropske unije (EU), cime ce se postici punjenje budzeta i jedinstvena socijalna pravda. Set novih poreskih zakona uskoro ce uci u skupstinsku proceduru na usvajanje. NAKON POTVRDE DA JE CRNOGORSKO PR0IMORJE BOGATO GASOT I NAFTOM PARTNERI IZ ENGLESKE ZATRAZILI: REVIZIJU UGOVORA SA "JUGOPETROLOM" Podgorica - Nakon sto su istrazivanja pokazalo da je Crnogorsko primorje bogato gasom i naftom, engleska kompanija "Ramko enerdzi" zatrazila je reviziju ugovora sa kotorskim "Jugopetrolom" kojim je predvidjeno ucesce 51: 49 u korist stranog partnera. Dodatne zahtjeve te inostrane kompanije analiziraju strucnjaci "Jugogeptrola" i Vlade Crne Gore, uz pomoc eksperata Svjetske banke i USAID-a. Stranim partnerima najkasnije do sredine januara iduce godine bice dostavljen odgovor, a iz kotorskog "Jugopetrola" vjeruju da ce biti nadjeno rjesenje koje ce zadovoljisti obje strane u ugovoru. Po ocjeni domacih strucnjaka, najbolji nacin eksploatacije gasa, bila bi gradnja elektrane u Baru - snage 450 megavata, koja bi koristila prirodni gas, a proizvodila elektricnu energiju. MINISTARSTVO TURIZMA CRNE GORE: FORMIRA TURISTICKU INSPEKCIJU Podgorica - Crnogorska Vlada nedavno je donijela Uredbu o osnivanju turisticke inspekcije, a njeno formiranje povjereno je Ministarstvu turizma. Formiranjem turisticke inspekcije steci ce se uslovi za ostvarenjem bolje zastite turista u Crnoj Gori. U rad turisticke inspekcije bice ukljuceno 20-tak profesionalaca i grupa volontera iz nevladinihorganizacija, koja ce predstavljati "turisticku patrolu" i pomagati rad inspektora. DELEGACIJA BUDVANSKE OPSTINE U BECU SARADNJA U TURIZMU I KULTURI Podgorica - Delegacija budvanske opstine ovih dana boravi u Becu, gdje ce nakon protokolarnih susreta biti utvrdjeni detalji buduce saradnje izmedju Budve i Beca. Izvjesno je, da ce turizam i kultura biti prioriteti u saradnji ta dva grada, a predvidjeno je i uspostavljanje kontakata na nivou studijskih grupa. Najavljeno je i potpisivanje protokola koji ce ozvaniciti inicijativu za povezivanje i saradnju u vise pravaca. Nepovoljne hiroloske prilike smanjile su dotoke najvece crnogorske elektrane HE "Perucica", a zbog naglog zahladjenja u Republici je povecanja potrosnja struje, tako da ovih dana dostize rekordnih 14,5 miliona kilovata. Stoga iz crnogorske Elektroparivrede apeluju na potrosace za prave mjere stednje, jer u protivnom mogu uslijediti nove mjere restrikcije u snabdijevanju elektricnom enerijom.
