MONTENEGRIN- SERBIAN DIALOG TO BE CONTINUED TODAY
CONSEQUENCES OF FEDERATION'S DISSOLUTION ON AGENDA TOO

PODGORICA- Montenegrin President Milo Djukanovic and Premier Filip
Vujanovic begin today in Belgrade the second round of talks with Serbian
and federal officials Zoran Djindjic, Vosjilav Kostunica and Miroljub
Labus about Montenegrin and Serbian relations.

This time High Representative of the European Union (EU) for foreign
policy and security Javier Solana will participate in negotiations.

Montenegrin Premier Filip Vujanovic said that this dialog would be
different from previous since they will discuss about consequences of
federation's dissolution.

He said that the ruling Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) would not
give up from Montenegrin independence, but pointed out that he expected
talks to be concrete and  to finish with referendum anyway.

MONTENEGRIN SUGGESTION MEANS FAST INTEGRATION IN EUROPE

PODGORICA- Montenegro expects from today's talks in Belgrade a dialog
about future relations of the two states and equal treatment of both
sides and their projects- Adviser of Montenegrin President Miodrag
Vukovic said to Podgorica's "Pobjeda".

Vukovic said that the EU has no favorite subject in the negotiations and
does not intend to take anybody's side. Its choice will be democracy and
the best possible solution for future Montenegrin - Serbian relations -
he added.

We will prove that federation's redefinition and any kind of federation
represents bed solution, that the FRY is a worn out idea and that future
relations between Serbia and Montenegro should be established in
accordance with "European model" of two independent and internationally
recognized states- Vukovic said.

President of the ruling Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) Executive
Board Mladen Vukcevic said that today's talks were very important since
for the first time Montenegrin and Serbian platforms about redefinition
of federation would be equally treated.

Commenting participation of Senior EU representative for foreign policy
and security Javier Solana, Vukcevic said that "Montenegro has always
taken care of EU attitude and has managed to incorporate EU advises into
its own political interests".



RUSSIAN COMPANIES INTERESTED IN COOPERATION WITH MONTENEGRO
INVESTMENTS IN ENERGY SYSTEM

PODGORICA- A definite agreement between Montenegro and distinguished
Russian Company RAO-EES about possible electricity import from Russia,
as well as about possible investments in Montenegrin energy system is in
the final stage- Manager in Montenegrin Agency for reconstruction and
foreign investments Miodrag Koljevic said.

He pointed out that there was a great number of companies from Russia
that were interested in cooperation with Montenegro, primarily in
privatization of hotels and big companies.
 
It has been signed recently a contract with official state organs of
Russia about delivery of information for potential Russian partners - he
said.

Koljevic emphasized that the latest researches showed that a big number
of tourists in Russia were interested in visiting the Montenegrin coast.
Some estimates say that Montenegro could offer its services to almost
100 hundred of Russian tourists.

Podgorica - Crnogorski predsjednik Milo Dukanovic i premijer Filip
Vujanovic danas ce u Beogradu poceti drugu rundu razgovora sa srpskim i
saveznim zvanicnicima Zoranom Djindjicem, Vojislavom Kostunicom i
Miroljubom Labusom o uredjenju odnosa Crne Gore i Srbije.

Za pregovarackim stolom ovog puta naci ce se i visoki predstavnik
Evropske unije (EU) sa spoljnu politiku i bezbjednost Havijer Solana.

Crnogorski premijer Filip Vujanovic izjavio je da ce se  predstojeci
razgovori razlikovati  od prethodnih po tome sto ce na njima biti rijeci
o posljedicama ukidanja federacije.

On je kazao i da vladajuca Demokratska partija socijalista Crne Gore
(DPS) nece odustati od samostalnosti Crne Gore, ali da "ocekuje da ce
razgovori biti sadrzajni i korektni, kao i da ce njihov ishod ipak biti
referendum".

Podgorica - Crna Gora od danasnjeg razgovora u Beogradu ocekuje dijalog
o formi buducih odnosa dvije drzave i mogucnost da obje strane saopste
svoje projekte - izjavio je za podgoricku "Pobjedu" savjetnik
predsjednika Crne Gore Miodrag Vukovic. 

Vukovic je rekao da medjunarodna zajednica nema favorita u ovim
pregovorima, odnosno da nikome nece drzati stranu, vec ce njeno
opredijeljenje biti demokratija i dobro evropsko rjesenje za buduce
odnose Crne Gore i Srbije.

Pokazacemo da je redefinisanje federacije i federacije kao drzavni okvir
lose rjesenje, da je Jugoslavija potrosena ideja, a da budunost odnosa
Crne Gore i Srbije pripada evropskom modelu saveza dvije medjunarodno
priznate drzave - istakao je Vukovic.

(DPS) Mladen Vukcevic izjavio je da su danasnji razgovori vazni jer ce
na njima biti prvi put ravnopravno tretirane platforme Crne Gore i
Srbije o preuredjenju odnosa u federaciji.

Komentarisuci ucesce visokog zvanicnika Evropske unije (EU) za spoljnu
politiku i bezbjednost Havijera Solane, Vukcevic je kazao da je "Crna
Gora uvijek znala da oslusne sta kaze medjunarodna zajednica i da to
integrise u svoj politicki interes".


ELEKTRO-ENERGETSKA SITUACIJA U CRNOJ GORI ALARMANTNA
NA SNAZI CETVOROSATNE RESTRIKCIJE 

Podgorica - Zbog nepovoljnih hidroloskih prilika i naglog povecanja
potrosnje struje usljed niskih temperatura, kao i zbog problema u
nabavci nedostajucih kolicina elektricne energije iz elektro-energetskih
sistema u okruzenju, u Crnoj Gori vec treci dan su na snazi cetvorosatne
restrikcije u snabdijevanju potrosaca strujom. 

Crnogorskom konzumu dnevno nedostaje 3,6 miliona kolovat sati struje,
odnosno 150 megavata, a crnogorski elektroprivrednici ce ovih dana
nastojati da te kolicine elektricne energije obezbijede uvoznim
aranzmanom iz rumunskog elektro-energetskog sistema.




RUSKE KOMPANIJE ZAINTERESOVANE ZA SARADNJU SA CRNOM GOROM
PLANIRANA ULAGANJA U ENERGETSKI SISTEM

Podgorica- Blizi se definitivno sklapanje ugovora Crne Gore sa poznatom
ruskom firmom RAO-EES o mogucnosti uvoza elektricne energije iz Rusije u
Crnu Goru, kao i o mogucim dugorocnim investicionim ulaganjima u
crnogorsku elektroprivredu - izjavio je menadzer u crnogorskog Agenciji
za prestrukturiranje i strana ulaganja Miodrag Koljevic. 

Koljevic je istakao da je veliki broj firmi iz Rusije zainteresovan za
saradnju sa Crnom Gorom prije svega u oblasti privatizacije hotela,
firmi i velikih privrednih sistema. 

On je kazao da je nedavno potpisan ugovor sa nadleznim drzavnim organima
Rusije o dostavljanju informacija za sve potencijalne partnere sa ruskog
trzista. 

Koljevic je rekao da najnovija istrazivanja u Rusiji govore da je veliki
broj turista iz te drzave zainteresovan za boravak na Crnogorskom
primorju i da bi Crna Gora mogla da ugosti oko 100 hiljada ruskih
tursta. 




CRNOGORSKI INSTITUT ZA MEDIJE: 
IZRADA RADNE VERZIJE ETICKOG KODEKSA NOVINARA

Podgorica - Podgoricki Institut za medije ce do kraja ove sedmice
izraditi radnu verziju etickog kodeksa novinara Crne Gore.

Prema ocjeni koordinatora za obuku u Institutu za medije Dragoljuba
Vukovica na taj nacin drzava ce biti oslobodjena obaveze da novinarsku
etiku propisuje zakonom. 

Kodeks ce biti kratak i sadrzace opste principe i nacela novinarske
profesije - rekao je Vukovic i dodao da ce on obuhvatiti moralnu
dimenziju novinarskog posla, napominjuci da u Crnoj Gori do sada nije
postajao takav dokument.
