Hi Irena,
We also had same problem but after changing the VoIP Endpoint and
VoIP Endpoint Data it started working.May be you missing in OpenACD
Management UI....
The Only problem in 4.4. regarding OpenACD is we want manage and
configure in a OpenACD Management UI...But in 4.6 we can do it in
ConfigUI.So the configuration should be done carefully....
