Hi Kumaran,
I configured the ACD as followed:
server FQDN = sipx1.pristup.net
Features -> ACD -> server activated
Queues -> Configuration -> name = test_q
overflow type = queue
call routing scheme = ring all
answer mode = immediate
barge in = disabled
Termination tone duration = 2
Agent wrap-up time = 15
Agent Non-Responsive time = 30
Maximum Bounce Count = 3
-> Agents -> User ID = 210
-> ACD Queues : test_q
-> Agent Statistics -> agent 210 - idle
ACD server -> Lines -> I entered the name, extension and queue.
do I have to configure something more or is that all?
