Hi Irena,
   The Setting is different for ACD and OpenACD.Can you send me the 
sample setting.So I can  verify..Also please check the agent is signed 
in( Features->Agent status )and Always restart the ACD services after 
the configuration...In Line option(ACD) "check use assigned a Queue"...
