Hi Irena,
    For Old ACD,your setting is enough for checking the basic things...I 
tried your setting for queue and my line setting is
   Line
      Name=Acd_line
      Extension=444
      Queue=test_q
      Trunk=true
   Agent:
     201,204--Idle
Then Activate the configuration  and restarted the services....

 From 200 I called 444 ,my other phone started  ringing at same(201,204) 
time...Its working perfectly.So If this is the case it should work for 
you also....
Checked in the build "sipXecs (4.4.0- 2011-05-20EDT17:10:24 
domU-12-31-39-15-3C-B1)"
If the issue persist again please attach a snapshot to George....
