There's not a lot of meat in your original question. There are tons of modes, user preferences, tools and hotkeys in XSI, three different ways to do things, probably everyone uses it differently. Can you be more precise and compare specifically what you do in XSI vs Maya and people can answer specifically that. I think these plugins links are shots in the dark.
