Lord Geoff, It was David Leech who came to my rescue and told me to make sure I did not overtighten the fuel filler cap. It has a slot in the cap for tightening-since its an 1985 Aster, I think Aster eliminated the "slot" a long time ago. It was my first steamup and the first steaming my me of the loco. I'm trying to think of the kind fellow who agreed to help me with my first steamup-I think it was Geoff somebody.
