So Paul, what is that kist you refer to, I would be interested in looking at it.
I built in 7.25" x 3 locos, 5" x 6 locos , have a 3.5" part built steamer, I have mixed up Live steam , petrol power, and battery power locos. In smaller gauges, had an N gauge layout, now passed to a son, putting together a Z gauge layout, and a HO layout, and I run bothboth steam, battery and electric units around on a G gauge 45 mm track around the walls of my workshop. So I am interested in all sizes and articles, help needed, discussions etc. I think the list could be expanded, but not to cover the gauges below HO. Plenty of help on other forums for that. I had a question asked yesterday by a friend running 7.25" (1.5"scale) he needs air pumps driven by steam and wants to know who makes them so he can buy same. Steam driven water pumps are much easier to build than air pumps, but why???
