Welcome on board. :-) Oh, and by the way, if you are using the default glyphs supplied by RL, I believe that is a blue arrow on the "Receive New Mail" button, not a green arrow. I've invested hours reporting something that RL has not even acknowledged and could probably fix in less time than it would take them to acknowledge it.
