So just as in your case - it does nothing on dbl-click. I could not find %TEMP%\bat\ using Windows Explorer. In two of my accounts, C:\Program files\The Bat!\MAIL\mary.bull and (same path) m.bull, I found an ATTACH folder. The one in mary.bull, which should have held a few .jpegs and .docs was empty. The one in m.bull held the 4 .jpgs from my sister sent this morning and that is all. These are the ones which open successfully. There should have been at least several dozen for the m.bull account. However, the folder that should have the most, several hundred, is an account for a no longer used e-mail address, Mary Bull. I used it under v. 1.62 of TB! There is not even an ATTACH folder there. I am going to study the Windows XP Home Help site and see if I can find out how to locate the path for %TEMP%\bat\ Stay tuned. Thanks for all your help!! :) -- Best regards, Mary The Bat! 2.11.02 on Windows XP 5.1 2600 Service Pack 1 ________________________________________________ Current version is 2.11.02 | 'Using TBUDL' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
