Eric--Bob here I looked at the link and have now seen a list of cross sections for the Ni-59, P reaction. I must study the protocol for measuring the specified cross sections to understand the sig and dsig data. Off hand I do not understand these labels. My guess is that the energies listed are the average of the data within a 1 sigma band of all the data (and also a 2 sigma band of all the data) at a specified incident proton energy.
