I think so, at least from the players' perspectives. The game rules should
be easy to understand.

The parts of the code I have looked at do seem to be pretty messy, but I am
not sure that clean up will be cost effective.

More things that be be tweaked with WML, so that campaign designers can do
more interesting things.
