I don't disagree that it's somewhat difficult to work out how to end  
your turn, but that isn't really because Wesnoth'S GUI widgets are too  
hard to see. It's because we make the button normal size, and place it  
in the lower-right corner.

I think that having some visual indication of how to end your turn  
would be nice.
