I think you misunderstood me - I admit I could be not clear enough. What 
do you mean by 'constantly flashing' ? I did not propose anything like 
that. What I meant was:

1) We start tutorial
2) We get to the point where we are asked to end turn, then and only 
then button flashes till it is pressed.
3) Button never flashes again (unless you start over tutorial and get to 
the point you are asked to press it).

No flashing outside tutorial. No flashing every turn. No constant flashing.

Constant flashing every turn would be annoying for me.


Outside of this flashing - woudn't it be simpler to attach image of 
where button is located (scaled screenshot of lower-right part of the 
UI) to the tutorial dialog?
