Same with pretty much everyone else we don't charge if it a problem with
"our gear"however, if its a damaged cable, roofer damage, PC configuration,
router configuration etc.
We run a truck for 35.00 base fee and 65 per hour after the first half hour.

On customers that require a move, i.e new house or need to move the gear its
100.00 minimum.
