Well as Chet said above you basically want to manually set the eventKey because without one the summary is used instead. And the summary is different for up and down events which is why they dont match.
Inside the transform for both agent up and down mappings you will make up some value and assign it to the eventKey. such as this Code: evt.eventKey = "AgentKey" now instead of matching "snmp agent down..." to "snmp agent up" which wont match, Zenoss instead will find the eventKey to be non empty and it will ignore the summary and match since it was manually set to the same value for both up and down events. Thats about the best I can explain it and hopefully that fixes your issue. Good luck!
