device matches
component matches (value= snmp)
eventKey matches (value is blank)
could the blank value be the problem?
unlike the eventKey eventClassKey matches and value is (SnmpTest)
eventClass matches as well (value is /Status/Snmp)
Yes, the blank eventKey is the source of your problem. In the absence
of an eventKey Zenoss will use the event's summary. This is likely
different on your initiating and clearing events.
