Only he can fully judge us, but the Lord calls upon mankind to judge. Why else have judges in Israel? And we can often tell if a person has repented or not, by whether they have abandoned their sins. Someone living in a gay relationship and pushing for gay rights has not abandoned his sins, therefore, has not fully repented.
