I believe that's the existing behavior, although I don't really use any of these tagging fields, so I may be wrong.

If you're asking whether the above should be designated "All Artists" instead of "Artists", it doesn't matter much to me. I think it's most commonly shown as simply "Artists". No, that would not be the idea behind browse Album Artists. Like its name implies, it's a list of only the contributors holding album artist roles. Whether you keep track of the contributor role by which you're navigating. In the same vein, you also need to ask, when you browse "My Music/Album Artists" do you only list albums where the contributor is an album artist, or do you also include albums on which he's a track artist, or do you examine the CCB prefs and include other roles? I suppose it makes sense to filter by role, especially if you want to consider the logical behavior of implementing something like a "Browse Composers".
