I've had mine since 3/2003. It continues to do yeoman duty.

It's available in standard 40mm or heavy duty 57mm thickness. I have the
57mm version. Note that due to reduced clearances this one *requires* either
a fan delete, a thinner fan such as that from the Euro 325td (P/N
11-52-2-243-303), or an extra thin SPAL electric fan.

On the minus side it turned out that I was the acting, unpaid, involuntary
E36 beta tester for PWR. This resulted in an email dialog between me, the
importer and the factory in Australia.

On the plus side, they've long since fixed all the problems I found. The
actual product is very nicely made, durable and works well. I saw 10+ deg F
reductions in oil temperature on the track after fitting the big PWR.

Thick radiators restrict air flow compared to thinner ones. They cool
better, but only at high speeds where there is plenty of ram air.

I have the Zionsville unit with electric fan (bought from Brett Anderson) in my
club race car. Nice piece of kit which has resulted in lowering my oil temps
by 30 degrees F (did I mention nice piece of kit?).

+1 I also have the Zionsville one but I don't know how much it reduced
my oil temps as I didn't have a gauge installed back when I added it.
:-) On the other hand at the track mine slices, dices and makes
Julianned fries. I also deleted the engine driven fan (not necessary)
to free up every bit of horsepower the car makes. Damned anemic S52
compared to my monster stock S14. heh, heh

Anyone have a reference to a non-dealer Honda OEM parts supplier? Jim B. is
it your daughter that drives an Accord? (Re: the Helms Manual
recommendation, worth every penny).
I'm trying to source the front driver's seat skins. (like BMW the bolster
starts to thin and then shred).

Not sure if Honda parts are different than others to source...

That said, BMA in Glendale CA has been able to get me what ever I need. OE,
OEM or aftermarket for both BMW and Porsche. I'd start there.
www.bmaautoparts.com Ask for Pat or Yves.

Anyone have any experience installing cross
drilled rotors on their BMW? I
have an e34 that I'm looking to install cross
drilled rotors on. Anyone
satisfied / dissatisfied with particular brands?

Thanks,
David Moore

DONT waste your $$ . The holes are just more places for the rotors to start
cracking .
Totally useless for a street car (named Desire ) or an E34 .....(!!)
