Nope, but since Oct 1 of last year I lost 18lbs.  From 190 to 172lbs as of
yesterday.  Body fat from 24% to 16%. My goal is 10%, then hit heavy weights.

Only two things I did...

1.  Cut the soda and junk food.  Switched to water (lots) and Balance
Bars.  I still basically eat what I like, just not a whole pizza or
anything like that anymore.  Did add more chicken and complex carbs.

2.  Hit the gym at 4am, 3 days a week for 45 minutes of cardio.  Other 3
days in the afternoon, light weights to maintain muscle definition.

Only supplements I take are 3 grams of vitamin C and 6 grams of creatine a day.
