You know I agree with a lot of the comments here and it is a wonderful thing to go into a store where the employees actually know something. Of course keep in mind this is true whether your talking about VoiceOver, other aspects of the Mac, or buying a new kitchen appliance. You'll always find cases where some employees simply take the time to know more about the product and those who are there to collect a paycheck. What would be interesting to know is what exactly is an employee hired at the store need to know. I'm talking the basics here, do they get a manual outlining the basic information? Do they need to know anything beyond what anyone could read on a box? Perhaps with this information, it would be easier to address the issue of what they do or do not know and what we can do to encourage Apple to include basic knowledge of these features in any training materials.

Hello,
Hey, that's really good to hear. I'd love to see more Apple employes know more about Apple products. In particular, just a little more about Universal Accessibility. And that also includes VoiceOver.
