Typo. That was supposed to be "to", not "top".

In Tools/Schedules/Send & Receive All, the "Send" action is usually listed
above the "Receive Mail" action(s). But for some ISPs, you have to list it
at the bottom, as the final action, after the "Receive Mail" from that
account. That's because when you receive the server asks for your password,
which you entered under Tools/Accounts for receiving mail,  so it knows it's
you. before it will let you send. If the Send is the first instruction, you
get an error like you got.
